_{I had to cancel a much-anticipated photoshoot today because Arizona decided to be overcast and rainy!! Which I love, don't get me wrong, but it was quite random and unexpected. I still want to get out and take pictures today, but I don't think I could find any last minute models. -sigh- This is why I hate planning shoots, I'd much rather just wing it.

I'm also sad because I was looking for an old shoot I took up in the mountains after it had snowed for some seasonal-ish photos, but I can't find it anywhere! This is the second shoot that I've "lost" on my hard drive because I'm not organized enough. I am SO happy that the new year is coming soon so I can put into effect my "new start."

Anyyywaaayy, going to be decorating the house a bit today for Christmas, and visiting a friend with my boyfriend. Many of you probably remember her from old photos, my model Ciera. Her baby is now close to seven months old, and she's getting anxious to start doing shoots again, so perhaps you will see some of her soon!

I hope all of you are having a good holiday season. Did anyone go out on black friday yesterday? I stayed in and shopped entirely on line hehehe. I'm lazy.

Edit: I'm SOOO getting the Canon Mark II in January. I'm SOOOOOO EXCITED!@!$!$!@%

Edit #2: AND I bought this print from *AsBeautyDies. I had some deviantdollars from a print I sold ages ago and finally used it!!

I've been working on setting up new photoshoots, but I've been out of the game for so long it's been taking awhile!!

I WAS going to get a new camera, but splurged on a new sound system for my car, as well as a PS3. But it's still on my to-do list!

My selfportraits lately haven't been very good. /: I gained about 20 pounds in the last year, what with the stress of school and all, so I've been working out and trying to eat healthy so I can feel like my old self again. until then, I'll recycle old photos that catch my eye.

I've missed you, deviantart.
